Refund & Cancellation Policy

SpawnBox is operated by 2737286 Alberta Inc. ("SpawnBox," "we," "us"). The SpawnBox app and all of its local features are free. This policy covers our optional paid plans.

Subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period (for example, if you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, you keep Pro until the year ends, but the remaining months are not refunded). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and we only charge you for periods you have not cancelled before they begin.

Season Pass (one-time)

The Season Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features for 90 days and then simply ends. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. Because it grants immediate access to digital features, Season Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase completes.

If you believe you were charged in error, email us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply where you live. Where the law gives you a mandatory refund right, we honour it.
